- Kaattathi Poo (Woodfordia fruticosa) - 100 grams

Preparation Method:
1. Clean all the above ingredients thoroughly.
2. Fry each ingredient individually in ghee.
3. Grind each fried ingredient into a fine powder and sieve them.
4. Mix all the powdered ingredients thoroughly.
5. Store the final mixture in an airtight container.
