Natural Remedies to Eliminate and Prevent Intestinal Worms
1. Pumpkin Seeds:
- Buy pumpkin seeds and grind them into a powder.
- For adults: Mix half a tablespoon of pumpkin seed powder with half a tablespoon of honey and consume it for three consecutive nights before bedtime.
- For children: Mix a quarter tablespoon of pumpkin seed powder with a quarter tablespoon of honey and consume it for three consecutive nights before bedtime.
- Repeat this treatment every six months to start eliminating intestinal worms and keep the stomach clean and healthy.
2. Pineapple:
- Eat pineapple at least once a week. It releases an enzyme that helps expel worms from the stomach.
Intestinal worms are the reason children may not eat properly and often lack appetite. Once these intestinal worms are expelled, children will have a better appetite and eat well.
Neem Flower Remedy
Dried neem flowers, available at herbal stores, can be used. Make a soup (rasam) with these flowers and consume it once a week.
